I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The hotel facilities were great, especially the excellent WiFi connection. The location was perfect, with Earl's Court underground station just down the road, making it easy to access all the tourist locations in this city.

Location, transportation, and staff. The hotel is conveniently located just 300 meters from a tube station, making it easy to access all the tourist locations in this city. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed about getting around the city. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the tube station and close to Earl's Court and Gloucester Road stations. It was great to be in such a safe area, especially when walking at night. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for showers, and even a luggage storage room for convenience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I really enjoyed the warm and friendly daytime female concierge who was always concerned about my comfort. The location of this hotel is excellent, with just a few minutes' walk to Earl's Court underground station. From there, it's a straight shot into central London in just half an hour. The hotel is situated in a nice residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, making it convenient for all my needs. Additionally, the 24-hour check-in service was very handy. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful. I appreciated that hand soap and bath soap were provided.
