The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotlessly clean rooms and facilities. The staff was very friendly and provided a warm welcome upon our arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenient location in a nice residential area, with easy access to Bayswater & Queensway tube stations, allowing us to easily travel to all the tourist attractions in this city.

The location was perfect - near tubes, on a raised platform, in the center of this city, and minutes from Hyde Park. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a lovely lounge area and a small back garden. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were helpful and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the subway and major supermarkets nearby. The hotel facilities, including the gym and beautiful garden, were fantastic. Plus, the room was well-equipped with a practical kitchen, comfy bed, and convenient TV options.
