I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or directions. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tube station and close proximity to the museum of Natural History. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great variety and excellent value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and professional, always available and willing to help. The hotel had all the necessary amenities and the rooms were spacious, making it perfect for families with children. The beds were excellent and comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The location was also great, with the hotel being just a 7-minute walk from the nearest subway station. Additionally, it was situated in a picturesque neighborhood with beautiful architecture.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is close to Earl's Court tube station, in the very nice neighborhood of Lexham Gardens, and in the beautiful Kensington neighborhood. The hotel facilities were great, with a glamorous foyer and spacious rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was amazing. They were very helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is situated in a very safe area, allowing us to walk around at any time, and transportation options were conveniently close by. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided a wide range of toiletries, which was especially handy when traveling with only hand luggage. Additionally, having Sky TV in the room was a bonus.

Additionally, the staff were mostly helpful and really polite. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with some of the city's best attractions within walking distance.
