The hotel's characterful ambiance and comfortable bedrooms made our stay truly enjoyable. The attentive staff provided excellent service, and the shower/bathroom facilities were top-notch. We had one of the best night's sleep in a long time, thanks to the incredibly comfortable beds. Additionally, the hotel's location near the riverside and famous landmarks like the London Bridge allowed us to enjoy stunning views and explore the city's beauty. this hotel provided a unique and memorable experience.

The hotel was in a brilliant location, just a short walk away from Borough Market and surrounded by nice restaurants in a modern complex. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The breakfast served at the hotel was fantastic.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions like Tower Bridge and The Shard. We also found some great Asian restaurants nearby, like The Ivy Tower Bridge. Additionally, the hotel staff upgraded us to a more spacious room, which was a pleasant surprise. They even gave us a chocolate cake for our special occasion. The breakfast provided was delicious, as it was cooked to order. The staff, especially Ming from reception, was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great spa and workout room. The location was perfect for riverside walks, as it was situated right behind the hotel. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and making me feel welcome.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location was convenient, being only a 10-minute walk from a nearby underground station. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere and the staff were attentive. The breakfast provided was delicious.
