The hotel's location was superb, close to the underground and within easy reach of all areas of this city. It was also conveniently located near the Royal Albert Hall and other museums. The continental breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. The room I stayed in was fantastic, with a jacuzzi, rainfall shower, and bath. The eclectic decor added a quirky and unique touch to the room. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located in the vibrant Kensington area, close to the museums and just a short distance from The Royal Albert Hall.

The location was excellent, right on the Thames and bordering Chelsea, making it perfect for short walks into the heart of Kensington or to the nearby Royal Albert Hall, Science, and Natural History Museums. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the breakfast served was the best full English breakfast we've ever had.
