The abundance of amenities included a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, spa and wellness center, sun loungers and a bar/lounge area. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with modern comforts such as flat-screen TVs and electric kettles.

The hotel's convenient 24-hour reception and room service, plus express check-in/out, made checking in and out a breeze. I also appreciated the additional services available, like laundry and luggage storage, that saved me time and allowed me to make the most of my staycation. The hotel's focus on security, including 24-hour security and wheelchair access, provided peace of mind during my visit. Overall, The Chelsea Harbour Hotel and Spa exceeded my expectations for a leisure stay, leaving me feeling relaxed and pampered.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including the manager, concierge, and doormen, were always pleasant and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is lovely, very quiet and close to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the old city center by cab. We enjoyed dining on the terrace overlooking the harbor. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a great balcony and comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was generous and the hotel facilities, including parking and transportation options, were excellent. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The size of our suite was perfect, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the bar area and mini bar/fridge in our room. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, providing us with a memorable experience. The location, right across the harbour, was convenient and easily accessible either by car or public transport.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff on reception were very friendly, both on arrival and departure. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, which was spacious and had a lovely view over the harbour and river. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa. The location of this hotel was superb, as it was close to The Chelsea Ram, a fantastic pub, as well as Lots Road Gastropub, 606 Club for jazz. The breakfast was delicious, and the waiting staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Almost perfect. The only minor issue was that the wait for coffee and breakfast at breakfast time was slightly longer than expected.
