The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The location of the hotel made it easy to find from the tube stations. It was conveniently located near a train station and not far from Kensington Palace. The hotel was close to the city center.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, with a recently renovated room that was clean and new looking. The shower room had a very nice shower, and fresh towels were provided. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, making it easy to access transportation. Additionally, the hotel was not far from Kensington Palace, which was a great attraction to visit. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a surprisingly great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, holding onto our bags before check-in and after check-out. The rooms, although small, were nice and clean with clean sheets and fresh towels provided every morning. The location was excellent, being only a short walk from Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, making it easy to explore the city. The bathroom was newly renovated and the breakfast provided was sufficient, with options like toast, scrambled eggs, and coffee.

I also appreciated having a private room, which allowed for a peaceful and comfortable stay.
For us, it was ideal. The hotel could benefit from some attention to detail, particularly when it comes to maintaining the carpets, as they were old and caused trip hazards.
