Receptionist very supportive & helpful. 24 h desk. Location next to tube stations & high street with plenty of late night take away restaurants. Delicious table service breakfast with a variety of options

The hotel's location was fantastic - just a short 10-minute ride on the Tube to Olympia London, making it incredibly convenient for attending events. Additionally, I loved that it was situated near a train station and Stamford Bridge, as that was originally the reason for my visit to this city. The staff were very friendly and approachable, always willing to help and quick to respond to any issues. The room may have been small, but it served its purpose well, providing a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and even complimentary coffee. The breakfast offered was decent, and the hotel was fairly clean.
Nothing that I didn't like.
The hotel had a great location, especially for those attending events at the nearby conference center. There were plenty of coffee shops and eateries within walking distance, and Brompton tube station and Earls Court were just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel had parking facilities which was convenient for guests.
