We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was extremely convenient, with the train station across the road, providing easy access to the tube lines. We loved that there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including a shopping center. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were all very kind, hardworking, and efficient, especially Luke at the breakfast area. Additionally, the receptionist who checked us in during the night, possibly named E, was amazing. She helped us when our card declined and was friendly in the morning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the room to the hotel facilities. The location was perfect, just a quick 3-minute walk from the nearest rail station, which made it easy to get to the Southside Wandsworth Shopping Centre and Waterloo Station in Central London. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the checking in and out process very fast.
