We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, including hot dishes, and the option to take away bags and cups. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation, including the nearby Ealing Broadway station. This made it a great base for exploring this city's tourist attractions.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who went above and beyond. The room was beautiful and very clean, with a modern bathroom and a lovely big shower. The hotel had excellent air conditioning and great noise reduction, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, offering a wide range of options including delicious vegan and vegetarian choices. The staff, including Miguel, Louis, Noemi, Jonas.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service and allowed me to check in early, which was a big relief after a long flight. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and modernity. The lighting was perfect, with a small bedside light that didn't disturb my partner. The bathroom was spotless and spacious, with soft, cozy towels. The breakfast had plenty of options, including a grab bag for those in a hurry. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs. a great experience.
