I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location next to Paddington Station was incredibly convenient, especially for someone like me who needed to travel to and from Heathrow airport. Additionally, being near Hyde Park was a great bonus, as I was able to enjoy the beautiful greenery of this city. The hotel had excellent transportation options, including easy access to the underground and Paddington main line station. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive, respectful, and polite throughout my stay.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, as it had direct access from the Paddington Station concourse. Being able to easily travel to and from the hotel without any hassle was a major plus for me. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and clean room and bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I also appreciated the great choice at breakfast, although it would have been better if there were more staff in the kitchen to prevent delays in replenishing items.
The hotel's location opposite Paddington Train Station was incredibly convenient for transportation. It made it quick and easy to connect to all the different modes of transportation, including the Heathrow Express and the underground. Additionally, there were many shops within the station itself, providing everything I needed, from quick meals to basic necessities. I also loved being able to walk out the back door to the Heathrow Express at Paddington Station. It saved me so much time and hassle. Finally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the patience of the waitress in the lobby bar, who took the time to count out my exact change for the bill.
Almost perfect. However, there was a slight hitch with the bottle opener provided by the bar. It didn't work properly and required us to seek assistance.
