I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the greenery outside my window. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Bayswater underground station. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast provided was more than sufficient, offering a variety of options including toast, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, eggs.
Not obvious to find at first, but worth it!

I had a great stay at this hotel in Kensington. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants and two underground stations nearby, including Bayswater Underground Station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-maintained communal areas. The room, although on the smaller side, was quiet and comfortable with a cozy King bed. The bathroom, though compact, was clean and functional for a solo traveler. The hotel facilities were impressive, with convenient amenities such as wall-mounted soap/shampoo dispensers, a wardrobe, hair dryer, kettle with tea/coffee supplies, and a TV. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, holding our bags until we returned from our event. The location was fantastic, situated between Westbourne Grove and bustling Bayswater, with excellent transport links to central London. We were also pleased with the quiet and peaceful surroundings.
