The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make our stay perfect. We slept like logs in the outstandingly comfortable bed. The location of the hotel, right next to Victoria train station, made it convenient for transportation to other areas.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been more convenient, just a stone's throw away from a busy station and within walking distance of the best sightseeing attractions. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Right by Victoria station, it was incredibly convenient for me to travel around this city. I was able to take the underground straight to Victoria station, which was perfect for me as I was going to see a musical at the Apollo Victoria theatre. Additionally, the hotel's location near the subway station made it even easier for me to explore other parts of this city. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, being very helpful and attentive. I particularly appreciated the small touch of receiving warm chocolate cookies upon check-in. The hotel's interior, both in the entrance and in the room, was beautiful. And speaking of the room, it was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The bed was also super comfy, ensuring that I had a great night's sleep.
