The staff were amazing, making check-in easy and providing excellent service at the bar. The location was perfect, with beautiful river views of the city's skyline. Cocktails on the terrace were a great experience. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were delicious and offered great value for money. The complimentary ferry service to Canary Wharf was a convenient and enjoyable transportation option.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel itself was truly beautiful with a real wow factor. The rooms were clean, tidy, and very roomy. The location was stunning, with great views from the balcony. The breakfast was the best thing, with a wide selection of fresh and clean food to choose from. The free ferry to Canary Wharf was a nice bonus, making transportation easy.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel for our daughter's 21st birthday. The view from our junior suite balcony was exceptional, especially at night. The hotel provided a complementary boat to take us across the river, which was very convenient. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants in the nearby area. We also appreciated the option of taking an Uber boat instead of the tube. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The staff, especially "MIKAEL," went above and beyond to make our stay special. He even gave us a complimentary voucher for a drink and allowed us to keep our van in the car park after we checked out. we loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
