I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas always spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a comfortable King bed and a makeup area in the room. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it was right across the street from the St James station and close to the parks. Being next to the Tube made it easy to explore this city. Additionally, the staff was exceptional, providing superb service and making sure that nothing was too much trouble. The English breakfast was excellent and a great way to start the day.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the breakfast options with a vast choice of both hot and cold food that was always fresh. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with it being right across from a tube station, making transportation around the city a breeze. Additionally, it was in close proximity to many main attractions such as the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, and the Eye. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right opposite a tube station, making it effortless to commute to central areas. It was also within easy walking distance of many attractions and shopping areas. The hotel itself was finished to a high standard, with spacious rooms that gave us a sense of space to spread out in. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had everything we needed, including a large golfing umbrella for the rainy weather. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The executive lounge was a great bonus, offering inclusive drinks and canapés, which was a perfect way to end our sightseeing days or start our evenings. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just one block south of St James Park. The room was impeccably clean and the rain shower was absolutely outstanding. The room service food was delicious and I found the staff in the executive lounge to be attentive and accommodating. I was so impressed when I informed the hotel that it was my wife's birthday and they surprised us with a bottle of Champagne and a lovely birthday cake in our room. It made the occasion truly special.
