We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were amazing, polite, prompt, and very helpful. They even lent us a plug for our charger when we couldn't find one nearby. The room we got was comfortable, clean, and spacious, exactly what we expected for the price we paid. The shared kitchen was a great facility, with supplies provided for breakfast. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the metro line and only a 15-minute ride to the city center. Additionally, it was conveniently located near a bus stop for the A8 National Express from Stansted Airport.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with our room being cleaned and towels exchanged daily. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
